A water supply line burst in the basement of this home, leading to nearly one foot of standing water in some areas. Once our crew arrived on site, the Project Manager inspected the area. Then he and his team immediately began the water extraction process. After all standing water was removed, our team placed blocks underneath the homeowner's storage tubs and undamaged items, making sure there were no spots where moisture could hide and cause mold issues down the road. Dehumidifers and drying fans were installed to finish the drying process, while our crew pulled out all wet paneling and insulation from the area. When the basement was completely dry, our team cleaned and swept the floors, and passed the baton to the reconstruction crew.
